These terms govern the use of Lucid Prism, a digital service operated by Biomag S.L.U. (Espana). By using the service or buying a plan, you accept the following. Written with the same principle as the rest of the product: clear, no fine print.
Lucid Prism is a self-knowledge tool based on psychometrics. It offers you a test, a personality portrait and related content. It is not a clinical diagnosis and does not replace a health professional.
The free plan requires no account. Paid plans may ask for an email to give you access and send your receipt. You are responsible for keeping access to that email.
We offer a free plan, a one-time plan (Full Prism) and an annual subscription (Prism Evolution). Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as the authorized reseller (Merchant of Record). Their name will appear on your receipt. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your country.
The annual subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
If you are a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Note: as this is digital content with immediate access, that right is lost once you begin using the paid content, if you have given your consent. Our specific refund policy is detailed separately.
You may use the service for yourself. You may not resell it, copy it in bulk, or use it to harm the service or third parties.
The content, method and software belong to Biomag S.L.U.. Your portrait and results are yours: you can save, print and share them.
The service is provided as is, with the greatest care but without warranty that it is perfect for every purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid.
