A facet of Conscientiousness
Achievement-striving measures your level of ambition: how hard you push toward high goals, how much you need to stand out and surpass yourself, versus the comfort of enough. It's the force of your 'I want more'.
You set high goals and work hard to reach them; that ambition takes you far and you don't settle easily. The cost: sometimes the goal is never enough and you struggle to enjoy what you've achieved before racing to the next.
You're content with what's enough and don't live enslaved to ambition: you know when to stop. The blind spot: sometimes you fall short of goals that were within reach, for lack of drive.
Being very ambitious doesn't make you more valuable and being content doesn't make you lazy: high ambition achieves but may never rest, low ambition enjoys but may waste. What matters is whether your level of aim drives you toward a life you want or just toward more.
Where it shows. It shows in how you set goals, in whether you celebrate an achievement or race to the next, in how hard you push when no one's watching, and in your relationship with the word 'enough'.
